Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

Wigs and extensions, hair color, hair brushes, make-up brushes, make-up, eyelashes, nail polish, nail implements, hair accessories, and clearance items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

RETURN POLICY FOR ELECTRICAL MERCHANDISE:

All electrical merchandise is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects for 30 days after purchase. If your electrical item becomes defective within this time period, you may return in its original package for a replacement. After 30 days, you may return your defective product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at your expense. The manufacturer's information is enclosed in the box and should be kept by you for future reference. Please be advised that if your electrical appliance shows excessive wear that could not reasonably occur within a 30 day period of use, your request to exchange or return the item will be denied.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
